mioTest® is a measurement system of muscle functionality that uses simple, but efficient and scientifically proved, devices in order to identify the risk of sarcopenia and the age related shape state.
mioTest® base evaluates muscolar ability, walk speed and daily motor abilities.
Evaluation data are uploaded in a Cloud Software that process them with a proprietary algorithm and releases a combined result.
At the same time provides advices and indications for prevention on: diet and food supplement, physical activity, daily behavior adaptation to own muscle conditions.
It is easy and quick: it takes less than 10 minutes and therefore is suitable both to check over time individual muscle functionality and to promote wide screening programs.
It is specifically studied for over 65 population, but also in younger people can offer essential age related indications on prevention and training programs.

mioTest® line includes also other types of test, available in the next months.

The advantage of the system is that it can be used also by non-medical personnel such as pharmacists, physiotherapists, nurses, graduates in sports science, therefore widely reachable and suitable for extensive screening programs.
